So I know that I’m probably (definitely) reading way too much into this, but I think that the Beatles’ positioning in these two 1969 photos tell us a lot about the band dynamics at this point. Paul is obviously up front, saying “look at me” and “I’m in charge.” George is trying to edge him over, saying “oh no you don’t, this is a band, you jackass.” Ringo is saying “I’m still here too! Please remember me!” And John?  John’s hiding back there saying “Oh, just fuck it.” What do you think? Via Beatle Photo Blog
